Music superstar Billie Eilish has announced the release of her highly anticipated documentary feature film Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry. The film will premiere in theatres and on Apple TV+ in February 2021.

Directed by award-winning filmmaker R.J. Cutler (Belushi, The September Issue, The War Room), Eilish collaborated with Apple Original Films on the documentary, in association with Interscope Films, Darkroom, This Machine and Lighthouse Management & Media

The announcement of the film continues the singers milestone year, kicking off 2020 taking home 6 Grammy® Awards. Eilish took home the awards for the ceremonies four most coveted categories, Best New Artist, Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Song of the Year. Shortly after, the singer took to the stage at the 92nd Oscars® to perform a stellar rendition of The Beatles’ Yesterday. If that wasn’t enough, Eilish topped the charts once again, this time being honoured with writing and recording the official James Bond theme song No Time To Die, for the forthcoming MGM/Eon Productions James Bond Motion Picture, No Time To Die.

More recently, Eilish made her return with her new single, my future. The track continues Eilish’s collaborative process with her brother, and producer, FINNEAS. Written and recorded in Los Angeles during the COVID-19 pandemic, the track is a contemplation of what’s ahead for the singer, signalling in a new era of her career. The song includes smooth guitar riffs over a jazzy R&B beat paired with Eilish’s mesmerising vocals, reminiscent of the legendary Amy Winehouse. The beautiful track was accompanied by an equally breathtaking animated music video, created by Australian Artist Andrew Onorato.
