Sydney-based artist Arky Waters is back with his new banger, Chetty Chetty Bang Bang! The perfect wake up call to start off the week, the instrumental track is available now via French-Japanese electronic label Kitsune Musique.
Built upon bright synths and mesmerising production, Chetty Chetty Bang Bang puts the musicians prowess as a producer on full display, fusing together a variety of vocal samples that are intricately woven within the french house inspired release. The musical project of Thomson Phan, the textural track is a far cry from the musicians work with alt-rock band Silvers.
“This one was fun to make, and definitely leans towards the more production side of the project. I definitely didn’t go too deep into this one - it captures a good feeling, I wanted to let it be. ”
Throughout the project, Phan hopes to further his interest in creating wave music, offering up another sonic side to the musician. With a number of singles under his belt, including a collaboration with Uraye, Chetty Chetty Bang Bang is the latest pumping release from the musician, and the perfect soundtrack for your living room lockdown rave.
