Melbourne group Snowy Band have announced the release of their sophomore album, Alternate Endings, due out this August. The announcement arrives alongside a brand new track, Living With Myself.
Built upon skewed electric guitar tones and delicate strumming, the intimate track features Liam “Snowy” Halliwell's signature hushed vocals, building up to a mesmerising sing-along chorus. Alongside the release comes a collage-fuelled visual, Alternate Endings, is set to pick up where the groups debut album, Audio Commentary, left off. Pushing the boundaries of their sonic exploration, the record is set to offer a more focussed "dissection of the songwriting and band dynamics at the heart of the group."
Formed in 2019 with longtime friends and collaborators Emma Russack, Natalie Pavlovic and Dylan Young, Snowy Band worked quickly and consistently throughout their first year in existence - writing, recording and playing their first shows - culminating in the release of their debut LP 12 months on.
Alternate Endings is out August 27. Watch the visual for Living With Myself below.
