LA-based Australian superstar Sam Fischer is back home with his new single, High On You. We caught up with the musician to chat about the release, his artistry, returning for a hometown show and more!
Teaming up with 8 x ARIA Award winning Australian icon Amy Shark the guitar-led track is a celebration of shared intimate connections and guiding each other through the harder times of life. Fischer and Shark's ethereal vocal harmonies will have you mesmerised, flowing above a lullaby-like soundscape.
To celebrate the release, Fischer will take to the stage at Sydney's The Vanguard tomorrow night for his debut hometown headline show. The sold-out show will see the musician play through a bevy of his hits, as well as treating the audience to teasers from his hotly-anticipated debut album.
Having launched onto the scene with his debut Not A Hobby, Fischer earned worldwide acclaim with his single The City, which has reached 5x platinum in Australia, platinum in the UK and Gold in the US, New Zealand and Switzerland. With over one billion streams across his catalogue, Fischer has collaborated with the likes of global pop superstars including Ciara, Cat Burns, Lennon Stella, Louis Tomlinson, Elle King, Jessie J, Virginia To Vegas and many more.
