American indie-pop trio almost monday have unveiled their new single sweet feelings, hot off their appearance at SXSW Sydney. We caught up with the band a year on from our first interview to chat about the release, their evolution, working on their debut album and so much more.
Perfect for those upcoming warm Australian summer nights, sweet feelings brings the bands signature indie-pop-meets-surf-rock palette fuelled by sun-drenched guitar work and frontman Dawson Daugherty's hazy vocals. The song is inspired by the beauty of summer days spent together, and arrives alongside an official visual directed by Jack Revell.
With two EP's and a string of singles under their belt, almost monday have been cutting their teeth in the live arena having spent the bulk of the past year and a half touring. They made their international debut in Sydney last year, and recently returned to our shores to perform at SXSW Sydney. The trio are currently working on their hotly-anticipated debut album
