Gomeroi rapper Kobie Dee has showcased his talents on Red Bull 64 Bars, with his highly lauded Red Bull 64 Bars performance, Homebound - 64 Bars, made available today. The initiative that highlights emerging talent in Australian hip-hop, showcasing their free style skills.
Speaking of the performance, the musician shares: "I wanted to do something a bit different on this track by bringing an old school feel but doing it in my own way. I also wanted it to be something that people from my area could relate to which is why I threw in lots of local lingo and native language."
Earlier this year, Dee joined Nooky's We Are Warriors, a cultural movement and platform that aims to inspire and empower Indigenous youth by connecting them with First Nations role models. The musician joins Barkaa, Charlee Fraser, Felicia Foxx, Luke Currie-Richardson and Nooky himself as an ambassador for the platform.
