Breakout country star Matt Schuster has hit our shores for Ridin Hearts Festival. We caught up with the musician in Sydney to chat about his artistry, his latest single Last Fall, his Australian bucket list and so much more.
Having made his debut in 2021 with Who Are You Kidding?, Schuster has built a doting fanbase with tracks such as Wasted Prayers, If I Was A Cowboy and Opehlia, as well as his engaging online presence. The musician has quickly cemented his place as one of country musics most exciting artists, with over 135 million global streams to date on his growing discography and over 1.9 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone.
Produced by Chris LaCorte and written alongside Abram Dean, Emily Falvey and John Newsome, Last Fall is built upon Schuster's storytelling lyricism, brought to life by his powerful and mesmerising vocal performance. The stripped-down track touches on a relationship that has run its course, recalling on moments of first love and dreading parting ways.
