Brisbane raised R&B artist Kedus recently dropped his debut EP, Moments In The Blur. We caught up with the musician to chat about the release, his artistry and so much more!
Featuring the previously released singles Shmood, The Little Things, Ballroom Bop and Sunset Dream, the release documents Kedus' own most inner thoughts as he navigates the light and shade of everyday life through introspective and relatable lyricism. Working with longtime collaborator and producer Soulis, the collection of songs continues the musicians exploration of soulful R&B through its implementation of lush and dynamic soundscapes that unfurl beneath Kedus' drawing vocal performance. With influences ranging from soul, jazz, trap, hip-hop, dancehall, and indie, the musician brings together nostalgic notes with contemporary sensibilities to create a captivating and versatile listening experience.
