Australian band Betty Taylor have dropped their new single, Glitter. We caught up with the four piece to chat about the release, their upcoming tour, future plans and so much more!
Produced and engineered by Aidan Hogg (G Flip, Jaguar Jonze, Hope D), Glitter continues the indie-pop sonics present on their debut Stallin', and takes up deeper into their identity as a band. Front woman Sophie Patrick's mesmerising vocals bring vulnerable and conversational lyricism to life, with the track exploring hollow promises and moving on from a relationship that doesn't glow as brightly as it appears. The release arrives alongside an official visual, comprised of footage from the bands time on the road.
To celebrate the release, the band will be hitting the road on their debut headline tour. Kicking off in Brisbane on May 12, the run of shows will continue on to Melbourne and Sydney, before wrapping up in Wollongong on May 28. Tickets to the Melbourne show are on sale now, with free entry for all remaining dates.
