We're calling it, I Am The Stripclub will go viral on TikTok!
Australian rapper Iggy Azalea has made her return with her new single I Am The Stripclub, and it has all the makings of a viral TikTok hit. Pumping bass, monotone hook, catchy lyrics. The perfect tempo, rhythm stability and beat strength, Azalea brings it all on the track. We'd choreograph a dance trend ourselves, but we'll leave that to the experts.
Speaking of the track, Azalea shared: "This is my art, it makes me happy creating it and gives me purpose - so I hope someone is out this weekend dancing to this song!". I Am The Stripclub is the latest single from the rappers forthcoming third record, End of an Era, following Azalea's collaboration with fellow rapper Tyga, Sip It.
The release arrives alongside an official visual, featuring impeccable choreography from Jamari Amour. Picking up where the visual for her breakout hit Bounce left off, we find the rapper walking a mile in her Louboutins, before being picked up by a mysterious black truck that houses a mirrored dance room. We follow Azalea through a number of settings on the road, riding in the boot of a car and on the back of a motorbike. As the visual concludes, we're met with a message: "The end of an era", referencing the rappers forthcoming record and ushering in a new era of her career.
In 2014, Azalea became the fourth female rapper fourth solo female rapper ever to top the Hot 100, and on the same day became the first artist since The Beatles to to hold the top two spots on the the chart with their first two entries, when her collaboration with Ariana Grande claimed the #2 spot.
