The bands third album is set to drop this Friday!

With their third studio album dropping this Friday, Hockey Dad have been forced to postpone their drive-in album launch shows at Bulli Showground due to recent weather.
After more than 180mm of rain fall in the area over the last three days, the Bulli Showground will unfortunately be unable to host the event this weekend. However, fans can breath a sigh of relief! The performances will now take place in October, with the band set to bring the zombie apocalypse to Bulli Showground.
Tickets for the sold-out performance on July 31 will be valid for the rescheduled show on October 9 with tickets for the August 1 show valid for the October 10 performance. Moshtix will contact all patrons directly with information on how to request a refund for those that cannot attend the rescheduled dates.
The sold-out event was in line with NSW event guidelines, with organisers enduring the safety of all patrons. Farmer & The Owl’s Ben Tillman said “2020 has thrown a lot at us. Fires, COVID19, but it’s the rain that’s put the brakes on these two shows. To have 400 cars each night on the Bulli Showground after all the rain we’ve had just isn’t safe or logistically possible. It would have turned into a big mud pit, everyone would have gotten bogged and no one would be getting out of there, which ultimately would have meant the 2nd show got cancelled anyways. It’s a hard decision to make but the safety of fans and our ability to execute the event to the best standard is paramount. The good news is that Hockey Dad have a new album released this week and we look forward to seeing fans celebrate Brain Candy with us on October 9 and 10.”
