FALLS FESTIVAL ANNOUNCE OFFICIAL SYDNEY SIDESHOWS

Sydney is being treated with three massive Falls Festival sideshows! As the iconic Australian festival returns later this year, three of its acts will host their own headline performances across Sydney.


GRAMMY Award winning trailblazer, Lil Nas X will bring his Long Live Montero Tour to Sydney's Hordern Pavilion on January 4, whilst on the same evening PinkPantheress take to the stage at Roundhouse. LA-based indie-pop duo Magdalena Bay are then set to take over Oxford Art Factory on January 5. A presale for all shows will be available from 9am local Monday 5 September, before going on sale to the general public at 9am local Tuesday 6 September.



BRIT Award winners Arctic Monkeys and Lil Nas X lead the line up, with Falls Festival marking Lil Nas X's debut Australian performances following the cancellation of his Melbourne bushfire appeal concert with Miley Cyrus in 2020 due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Forward-thinking beatmaker and producer Jamie xx and South Korean born DJ, producer Peggy Gou and Scottish pop group CHVRCHΞS are also set to appear at the touring festival.


The line up is rounded out with The Wiggles, Aminé, Ocean Alley, Camelphat, Spacey Jane, Dma’s, G Flip, Pinkpantheress, Rico Nasty, Amyl And The Sniffers, Mall Grab, Ben Böhmer (Live), Dj Seinfeld, Genesis Owusu, Tsha, Cc:disco!, Young Franco, Anna Lunoe, Luude, Lastlings, May-a, Choomba, The Vanns, King Stingray, Peach Prc, Beddy Rays, Jean Dawson, Telenova, Biscits, Barry Can’t Swim, Floodlights, Elkka, Wongo, Yng Martyr, 1300, Moktar, Magdalena Bay, Dameeeela, Ebony Boadu, Elsy Wameyo, Rona., Juno Mamba, with more to be announced.



Kicking off in Birregurra, Victoria on December 29-31, the festival will continue on to Byron Bay, NSW from December 31-January 2, before coming to a close in Fremantle, WA from January 7-8 2023. The Victorian and Western Australian legs of the festival will be housed at new locations,
