Gold Coast-based artist David Mac has delivered his new single, Feel The Same.
Foraying into a more electronic based approach to his signature R&B sound, Mac's emotive vocals flow above haunting sonics, heralded by mesmerising synth melodies and driving production. The love song serves as an ode to the musicians partner, and how the unfurling of new love can change the trajectory of your life.
"Feel The Same is about finding that glimmer of hope (in this case- finding someone you can truely connect with) when it feels like all the chips are down, noting how one person can suddenly change your perspective of life." the musician shares.
With a few releases under his belt, Mac takes influence from the likes of The Weeknd, Mansionair, Billie Eilish and Frank Ocean. Forming his own path within the local scene, the musician has performed at venues across the Gold Coast as a solo artist, and as a member of New Age Notion.
