His debut single Stunnin in breaking records!

In only seven weeks since its release, Stunnin, the debut single from Curtis Waters, has garnered over 4 million views! The track has gone viral on social media platform, Tik Tok, featuring in over 533K user-generated videos.
Waters, whose real name is Abhinav Bastakoti, is a 20 year old Nepali-Canadian artist and producer from Calgary, AB and currently based in North Carolina. He writes, reduces and creates all of his music. On a trip to Nepal in 2014, the musician downloaded FL studio on his laptop and began to create his own music. Upon his families move to North Carolina, US, he began to focus more on his music in the hopes of making it in the industry.
Fast forward to present day and his debut single, which features Harm Franklin, has over 42 million streams. Waters is the fastest independent artist ever to have been added to Spotify’s ’Today’s Top Hits’ playlist, breaking the record in just 29 days.
Only weeks ago, Waters dropped his follow up release, System. The track tackles some heavier content, referencing police brutality, imperialism and capitalism.
