Sydney WorldPride is here! Last night, we were treated to a Live and Proud: Sydney WorldPride Opening Concert, presented by American Express, bringing us all together for an epic celebration.
Australia's Queen of Pop Kylie Minogue AO OBE took to the stage to bring her catalogue of hits, alongside a very special guest, her sister Danni Minogue. The fun didn't stop there, with incredible sets from Charli XCX, Jessica Mauboy and Electric Fields, with Courtney Act and Casey Donovan hosting and performing.
Sydney WorldPride, a global LGBTQIA+ festival that has been staged since 2000, with cities competing to host the event. From February 17-March 3, Sydney will host an array of free and ticketed events that spread across parties, concerts, visual arts, sport, theatre, dance, music and more, all in honour and celebration of our global LGBTQIA+ community.
