COSMO’S MIDNIGHT GET CLONED IN ‘A MILLION TIMES’ MUSIC VIDEO

Sydney-based twin act Cosmo’s Midnight have dropped a new visual for their track A Million Times, alongside an official remix from HONNE. The song appears on the duos sophomore record, Yesteryear, which was released earlier this year.

Speaking of the remix, HONNE shares: “For our remix of 'A Million Times' we decided to completely flip it. We wanted to bring out more of the emotive elements of the lyrics by re-harmonising with picked clean electric guitars and soaring synths. We liked the contrast of having all this set against the backdrop of the relentless straight 808 beat. It was a lot of fun working on it and we hope to finally meet the guys next time we're in Australia.”

Starring the brothers themselves, the music video was directed by Joel Burrows and elevates the alt-pop track to new heights. In the visual, we see the duo working in a factory, donned in navy jumpsuits and packing boxes away. Suddenly a dimension-bending and cloud-parting magical psychedelic animation sees the heavens give way and, clones descend upon them.

Cosmo’s Midnight are set to reopen live live music at the Sydney Opera House, performing in the iconic venue for a special hometown show next month. The performance will see the live debut of their brand new four-piece show. The duo will perform in Western Australia weeks later at the Factory Summer Festival, before performing at Yours and Owls Festival in Wollongong in January next year. Tickets and information on all shows can be found here.
