Image: Supplied.

Newcastle band Camino Gold are back with their fourth single release, Dreamer.

Made up of Claude Bailey (lead vocals and guitar) Marcus Velarde (lead guitar) Jerad Schultz (bass guitar and vocals) and James Bowman (drums), the track was produced by Jack Nigro and tackles feelings of patience and longing for happiness. Bailey captivates listeners throughout the song with his commanding vocals shining though the bands particular knack for conversational songwriting, set atop a glistening indie-rock soundscape. With each release, the four-piece continue to prove their musicianship skills, with Dreamer proving to be their best release yet.

Speaking of creating the track, frontman Bailey shares exclusively with MILKY: “We had a great time writing this song, and had heaps of fun recording it with Jack Nigro in Coogee, we hope everyone else enjoys it as much as we do.”

After forming in early 2019, Camino Gold have been working away on releasing original music, having dropped three singles since their formation which has resulted in a growing fanbase with each drop. The quartet have been been hitting stages across the east coast of NSW, building up their live shows to create their own unique live performances.

Dreamer is out now! Listen to the song below.
