American singer-songwriter and rising pop star Benson Boone has shared his debut EP Walk Me Home…, featuring the previously released singles GHOST TOWN and In the Stars.
Across the collection of songs, Boone explores navigating life as a young adult, touching on themes of love, heartbreak and loneliness, whilst finding your own path in life. The musicians powerful and captivating vocals soar above dynamic soundscapes, laced with glistening melodies and emotive production that drives the EP's thematic touchpoint.
“Walk Me Home… is a very important body of work to me. The reason I named it ‘Walk Me Home…’ is because most of the time writing these songs I felt lost. I’m very young, I’m at the beginning of a long journey, and I don’t know where it will lead. Sometimes I feel like I just need a little bit of guidance and when I first started writing this EP, I felt very alone. As I began to write more and more, towards the end I felt like these songs were becoming therapy for me and I was finding myself in the music. This is a body of work that I am very proud of, and I now feel like I’ve made it home.” the musician shares.
Having signed to Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds label, Night Street Records, a partnership with Warner Records. Reynolds serves as a mentor to Boone, overseeing the musicians A&R both sonically and visually. Boone's single GHOST TOWN made waves in Australia, Canada, Denmark, the UK, Sweden, and Norway, where it reached #1, and entered the Billboard Hot 100 in the U.S.
