“I am really proud of getting through a lot of adversity and finishing the project… and finally releasing it haha. It is a true blessing being able to work on the project with my best mates and now going to tour the music with them.” Mayne shares of the EP.
To celebrate the release, Mayne will be hitting the road alongside longtime freiends Chase Atlantics, supporting the trio on their Cold Nights Tour across the United States and Canada.
ONE: MAKE MORE HEALTHY CHOICES, DAILY
I’m definitely no saint, that’s for sure; but every year that passes, the more I value my health and wellbeing, both physically and mentally. I feel like turning 21 is a major cornerstone in life, It's like the age when you earn your badge of adulthood. The time between 18 & 21 is kind of like a transition period; we move out of home, and for most i hope, start paying our own bills, cook and clean for ourselves etc. 3 years is enough time to have a good feel of what being an adult is like. Not sure how that ties in with making healthier daily choices, but here we are aha Anyway, workout and buy yourself a juicer, or a good blender. That shit makes eating healthy a lot easier, I promise.
TWO: STOP SPENDING MONEY ON DUMB SHIT
Being broke sucks! I speak from experience… haha I don’t care what anyone says about this, money is fuqin important. It isn’t everything, but it’s going to play an essential role in pretty much everything you do and very much so, influence the quality in which you choose to live your life, so just like your health, treat it with respect.
THREE: FAMILY & FRIENDSHIP IS TRULY ALL THAT MATTERS IN LIFE
However ‘family’, ‘friendships’ or community presents itself in your life; cherish it, and never take it for granted. Connection between yourself and the people you love and trust, that provide you with a solid foundation of support and encouragement to be your best self, that’s what makes life worthwhile. The people we surround ourselves with will shape who we are and who we’ll become, no cap.
FOUR: FOLLOW YOUR HEART, BUT BRING YOUR BRAIN WITH YOU
As corny and overused as it sounds, follow your heart and live the dream, for real. Especially if you’re in your 20’s, we have the absolute privilege of time. I feel like our 20’s should be when we take on big progressive risk and fall on our asses as many times as we can; and as long as we’re not making the same mistakes, that’s how we learn, that’s how we grow.
FIVE: HAVE FUQIN FUN!
Work as hard as you want but if you ain’t having fun in the process, i say, what’s the fuqin point? haha
