Seventeen-year-old Dhawaral songwriter Aodhan has dropped his moving debut EP, Flies In My Room.
Recorded throughout 2020 with producer Ryan Miller (Angus & Julia Stone/Thelma Plum), the EP continues the musician organic instrumental sonics, weaving threads of electronics sounds throughout. The musicians warm and soothing vocals take centre stage within the dreamy, indie soundscapes.
Last year, Aodhan won the Unearthed High Indigenous initiative, with his track Twelve Again scoring a spot in the finals for Unearthed High. The musician a part of last years BIGSOUND Big 50, and has been writing with the likes of Josh Pyke and Holy Holy.
