Remote Control Records have announced their new label imprint, Pointer Recordings.
Founded by Sweetie Zamora (Remote Control's Head Of Labels & Promotions), Pointer Recordings is a new label that exists to amplify the voices of fiercely creative and ambitious artists. Centred around non-traditional releases with artists aligned to the future of music, it's a wholly independent, uncompromisingly artist-friendly digital-only label.
Debut signings to Pointer Recordings include a collaboration between Sydney's imbi and Slim Set, Melbourne three-piece Telenova, a collaboration between Canberra artists Ryan Fennis and Voidhood, and Melbourne club project Cavallo Nero. More info on all artists via the bios below.
Sweetie Zamora shares - "It’s been an absolute joy to start Pointer Recordings and begin to cultivate this new family of artists. Each artists belief in me and the team is incredibly energising and propels us to work harder.
