Set to appear on the singers forthcoming sophomore EP, the sassy release shrugs off negativity and embraces liberation. Leaving behind a relationship that no longer provides comfort and happiness, FitzGerald's vocals simmer above considered production. the singer enlisted Melbourne producers SB90 and Mikki From Preston) who fuse together sonic threads of funk, hop-hop and R&B, made complete with Woody Sampson (House of Wood) joyous trumpets.

Having shared her debut EP, Building Blocks, in 2019, the singer quickly followed it up by the release of On Air: The Mixtape. Now, FitzGerald is back, shaking off the hardships of the past nineteen months and ready to reintroduce the world to her sound.
