Charlie White has revealed his latest single under his musical project, Patches Paradise. Runway conceptually tackles entering a new phase of life, stepping out of your comfort zone to reach new heights. Set atop a nostalgic soundscape with futurisitc slices of sounds, the sun-drenched track is the second single from the musician, following his debut in 2018.
Speaking of the track, White shares: “Runway is essentially about being on the precipice of a new phase of life. The decisions I’ve been making have become bigger in their gravity and Runway is about sticking your neck out into a new unknown. The song reflects on what was and hopes for what is to come as it takes you to a world where the coastline never ends and the future glows in the distance.”
Having toured with the likes of Pnau, Vera Blue and Mammals, is a renowned composer, having written up songs for television, films and brands across the globe. He has also worked with artists including Sam Spiegel (N.A.S.A, SamI, SqueakE. Clean), OwlEyes and Drew the Kiiid, on production duties.
