Italian rockers Måneskin are keeping the hits coming, with the release of their new single MAMMAMIA. The flamboyant and riotous four-piece have had two songs in the global Top 10 charts this year, and we think they're about to score their third!
Recorded live to capture their raw and electric energy, the four-piece produced the track alongside Fabrizio Ferraguzzo, bringing their signature fiery rock based sonics, whilst also weaving in threads of new-wave dance-rock. Frontman Damiano David's growling vocals will have you captivated, whilst rhythmic percussion and mesmerising vocals play out beneath. Never a band to shy away from tongue-in-cheek lyricism, Måneskin use their latest offering to explore the juxtaposition between your own intentions and peoples perceptions of your behaviour, sprinkling hints of irony throughout.
Made up of vocalist Damiano David, bassist Victoria de Angelis, guitarist Thomas Raggi, and drummer Ethan Torchio, the four-piece burst onto the scene in 2017 when they finished second on X Factor Italia. Earlier this year, the took home the crown at the Eurovision Song Contest 2021 with their song Zitti e buoni, which gave the band a legion of new fans worldwide.
Following their massive win, Måneskin lustful track I WANNA BE YOUR SLAVE and their cover of The Four Seasons Beggin' have topped the charts worldwide. Having spent the last few months performing across Europe, the band recently announced their 2022 European ‘LOUD KIDS’ tour, which sold-out in 2 hours!
